So we do not begin with a product. We begin by finding the real cause, and then we assemble the simplest effective combination of process, software and people. Sometimes that is a checklist. Sometimes it is a managed department.
And because we can build, recruit and operate, we can stay accountable after the solution goes live, which is where most projects quietly fail.
